About LUXX

LUXX was founded by Liz Poole - a Montana-based experience producer with a deep understanding of atmosphere, energy, and place.

Her background began not in traditional event planning, but in creating environments. What started as organizing gatherings in barns, outdoor spaces, and whatever venues she could find quickly became something more — designing nights built around music, lighting, and a feeling people didn’t want to leave.

At the same time, growing up in Montana shaped her connection to the outdoors. With over 15 years in the outdoor industry - including whitewater kayaking, river guiding, and snowboarding - she brings a deep understanding of the landscapes and environments that shape each experience.

Over the past five years, Liz has worked in music and event production, including with Outriders Presents and Under The Big Sky. Through this work, she has managed production across venues, festivals, and large-scale events — building a trusted network of partners, from chefs and bartenders to DJs, musicians, and production teams, all of whom play a role in bringing each experience to life.

LUXX exists at the intersection of these worlds.

A place where environment, music, lighting, and people come together to create something intentional, immersive, and effortless.

At its core, it’s about designing experiences that feel right — from the moment they begin to the moment they end.
